OTRS 3.0.2 with Zimbra (6.0.1) LDAP
Add this code to Config.pm on OTRS directory if you want get Customer from Zimbra LDAP :

This code working fine to sync zimbra LDAP with otrs . I Can see the ldap user on otrs Customer. But am not able to login as customer using ldap user.Am getting error “[Error][Kernel::System::CustomerAuth::LDAP::Auth][Line:193]: First bind failed! Invalid credentials”

I am looking to do the same thing. Have you look at your Zimbra servers external auth settings ?
