Hi , Thanks for the code
This code working fine to sync zimbra LDAP with otrs . I Can see the ldap user on otrs Customer. But am not able to login as customer using ldap user.Am getting error “[Error][Kernel::System::CustomerAuth::LDAP::Auth][Line:193]: First bind failed! Invalid credentials”

i already follow your instruction, but i still cant connect it, did i miss something?
